Welcome to Mors Design. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order. If you do not agree, kindly refrain from using our services.

2. Purchases & Pricing

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without prior notice.
Products are sold subject to availability. Many items are made to order (7–14 working days), though selected stock is available for immediate dispatch.

3. Payment

Payments are securely processed through Paystack on our WooCommerce store. We accept all major debit and credit cards, instant EFT, and other payment methods supported by Paystack. Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received and cleared.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Made-to-order items typically ship within 7–14 working days. In-stock items will be shipped sooner.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and courier service.
We are not liable for courier delays, customs clearance times, or unforeseen circumstances outside our control.

5. Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

South African orders: Prices include VAT where applicable.
International orders: Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
U.S. customers: As of 29 August 2025, all shipments to the U.S. may incur customs duties or taxes, regardless of order value and are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Returns & Exchanges

You may return items purchased directly from our online store within 7 days of receipt, provided they are unused, unworn, and in original condition.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we cannot be held liable for items lost in transit.
Refunds or exchanges will only be processed once the item has been received and inspected.
Items purchased through third-party stockists or retail outlets must be returned directly to the original place of purchase.

7. Limitation of Liability

Mors Design is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability, where applicable, is limited strictly to the value of the product purchased.
