If you purchased a product directly on this platform and you are not satisfied for any reason, return it to us, unused and in the condition you received it within 14 days. We will offer an exchange or issue a credit note for the purchase price of the product. Mors products that are purchased from a retail outlet should be returned to the original place of purchase.
- Include the packing slip, along with the reason for return. If you don’t have the packing slip, please include your name, email address and order number if possible.

Returns and replacements
We will gladly accept returns within 14 days for any reason from shipping date.
. In the case of a customer returning a product for a reason other than a manufacturing fault, example would be that the customer is not happy with the aesthetics, the product must be returned in perfect condition without sign of usage.
. If there are signs of usage or if the product is damaged by transport, we reserve the right to dismiss the product.
. All return shipping costs will be incurred by the customer.
. The customer will need to arrange that their product is shipped back to our Studio or one of our retail outlets and we will process the exchange or credit note.
. In the case of a customer returning a product as a result of a manufacturing defect, Mors will repair the product.
. Customer will need to arrange that their product is shipped back to our studio or taken to one of our stores for repair.
. Mors will then arrange that the product be returned to the customer once it has been repaired.

Warranty, Returns and Replacements
We offer a 2year warranty on all our bags. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship, but does not include normal wear and tear, airline mishandling, direct punctures or anything of that nature. Due to the nature of our business of fashioning bags out of upcycled material, some discolouration may occur. This is just part of the appeal.
